Following on from the recent prime ministers announcement it is suggested that we may be open again on 12th April. However as this date is subject to tests set by the government, we will not be making any appointments until it is confirmed nearer the date.
We understand that everyone is looking forward to seeing their stylists, but we would hate to have to cancel your appointment again. If you already had an appointment booked in from 20/12/20 to 31/3/21 then you will already be on our priority list.

The team are looking forward to re-opening our salon
During these unprecedented times it has been a worrying and challenging time especially for small businesses. Our Team are very positive about getting back to seeing all their guests and doing what they love & hopefully to rebuild our business again.
We would just like to share with you our policies and procedures to ensure your visit is a safe and enjoyable one.
The following are measures we have implemented to assist with this.
The salon has had a deep sanitising clean prior to opening.
Our salon door will be locked, and we operate an appointment only system.
All bookings should be made by telephone to 01737 356950
We will be doing Covid-19 Questionnaire checks prior to your visit
On arrival you and the team will be asked to have a temperature check
A PPE bag consisting of a sanitised gown, disposable towel, hand sanitiser and mask will be provided to each guest.
All team will be wearing appropriate PPE
All guests contact points & styling stations will be thoroughly sanitised before and during your appointment.
All equipment will be thoroughly sanitised before and after your service.
We will be operating a 2m distancing rule around the salon.
All team will be changing their clothing on arrival to the salon.
We have hand sanitising stations around the salon for regular use.
All retail will be sanitised before you purchase and only handled by your stylist
Paper recyclable cups and water will be provided.
We have designated disposal points outside the premises for any waste.
We will be operating a one-way system through the salon.
To help us have a smooth-running back to business we would like to thank you for helping us with the following:
To be honest with your Covid-19 questionnaire.
To be perfectly clear about any colour services you have performed on your hair during lockdown.
Please arrive on time for your appointment, we may not be able to full fill your full service if you are late.
To observe the social distancing signs around the salon.
To use the hand sanitiser throughout your visit.
To dispose of any waste in the designated areas.
To talk to your stylist about any concerns you have prior and during your visit.
To adhere to our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy and Bookings.
Due to the demand of stylist appointments we have slightly changed our cancellation policy.
We ask that you pay for your service at the time of booking to avoid contact points wherever possible.
We ask that if you need to cancel your appointment you give your stylist 48 hours’ notice.
Appointments cancelled with 48-hour notice can be moved but if cancelled will incur a 50% cancellation fee except for exceptional circumstances.
Appointments cancelled after 48 hours are non-refundable
Appointments cancelled due to Covid-19 will not incur a fee but will be moved to 14 days after notification wherever possible.
